Log and save Discord event details so event history can be viewed

It would be nice to have the bot automatically collect and store past server events (scheduled events) so they can be viewed later as one collection of past event history. (see: [GuildScheduledEventManager](https://discord.js.org/#/docs/discord.js/main/class/GuildScheduledEventManager)?)
