Publish Python bindings

Hey! I'd like to do some Nix code analysis in Python, and this projects seems like it could be a good fit. Would it be possible to publish Python bindings?

There's https://pypi.org/project/tree-sitter-nix/ but it seems to be from someone else. I think it would be nice if they could transfer the package to nix-community.

This would be useful for me too, especially given that passing an int to Python's tree_sitter.Language() is deprecated.

Partially addressed downstream in numtide#38 — bindings/python/tree_sitter_nix/ now ships on disk, consumers can pip install . locally. Auto-publishing to PyPI on tag push is still pending (part of a release-workflow PR tracked on the fork at numtide#14). Merged on the numtide fork.
