[SGCI] Don’t know how to use File Manager

Feedback from the SGCI usability study (problem 9)

Almost all participants couldn't understand how to use the file manager and the help icon directed them to an irrelevant page. Also, most of the participants mentioned that the “Files” on the menu wasn’t self-explanatory enough and should be changed to “File Manager”.

Design suggestion:

1. Replace the link of the help page.
2. Rename the “File” to “File Manager” on the menu.

File management may need further work if we plan to continue offering that as a feature. We may need something a bit more robust than simply launching and linking off to another container on-demand
