[Bug]: Images in Help don't load

Bug Description

The online Help doesn't show images. Browser can't load them - 404. Not surprisingly because it tries at:
http://skserver.local:3000/assets/help-docs/img/general-layout.png
instead of
http://skserver.local:3000/@mxtommy/kip/assets/help-docs/img/general-layout.png

The link in KIP's page src looks fine, it's , page location in browser is shown as http://skserver.local:3000/@mxtommy/kip/#/help/welcome

I tried with the browsers Safari, Firefox and Chrome, on MacOS 15. Server is Debian 11.11.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open KIP
2. swipe left -> config
3. click on Help button at the top
