Calrification of definition of infections in output

Output labeled as infections from (format_output()) is the number of individuals moving from E (latent) to I (infectious) compartments.

This is ambiguous as infections may naively be interpreted as the number of individuals becoming infected (S -> E).

Suggestion to relabel the output and/or given a more specific definition in the documentation for format_output()
