This was kind of a major oversight during the switch to extras-based installation.
We didn't document the names of the various extras. These should be included in the .rst file corresponding to each connector that relies on a particular extra, and we might also want to add some code to our sphinx conf.py that generates a list of all of our extras that we can have displayed prominently.
