We have sphinx documentation and a pubpub instance.

We also have a folder of markdown files in our repo called "useful_resources" that basically hasn't been touched in 4-7 years. Do we need this? Is there anything in there which isn't covered elsewhere? Should it be moved into one of those other locations?
