Check status of connectors

• As of August 14, 2024, CrowdTangle is no longer available.
  Can be removed by Remove CrowdTangle connector #1845.
• Capitol Canary's website no longer loads, after acquisition by Quorum.
  It seems like they're back to calling it Phone2Action?
• According to the docstrings of the Newmode connector, the V1 api is no longer used.

There are likely others.

@sharinetmc do you know the status of newmode and whether we need to continue supporting the V1 API?

Capitol Canary rename was discussed in #669, but it seems they have reversed course somewhat.
