Clock showing UTC instead of local timezone

The indicator clock is showing the time in UTC rather than my system's timezone. Is there a way to change this?

This must have something to do with what you have set for the timezone during the installation of your OS.
Can you verify that the output of $timedatectl is actually your local timezone, and not UTC?
