Description

In order for PISP to be deployed with the next Mojaloop 17.x.x, there are 3 areas we need to focus on:

1. Code Quality : PISP repo needs to meet deployment bar
2. Deployment : PISP needs to be part of the Mojaloop deployment
3. Feature : PISP repo needs to have basic P2P functionality
