Animal Crossing New Leaf vertices sticky bottom

In Animal Crossing New Leaf the vertices on the bottom 1/3rd of the top screen tend to stick to the bottom edge.
Somehow the UI element in the bottom left corner doesn't have this issue. So perhaps a vertex shader issue.
The bottom screen is fine.

I think this might be a CPU interpreter bug (and probably the same as #10) since I haven't seen this in the Labs build's JIT backend; debugging this isn't straightforward without a reference engine though.
