License scope unclear #321

There are two license files present:
https://github.com/microsoft/dynamics365patternspractices/blob/main/LICENSE
https://github.com/microsoft/dynamics365patternspractices/blob/main/LICENSE-ASSETS

Can we get a clear scope of each of them?
What license applies to: graphics/*.xlsx
In addition, it would be great to know under what license the actual Business Process Catalog Excel workbook are distributed?

Those license files apply to the GitHub repo as such and to the use of anything in it unless specific files have specific terms. Those graphics files are part of our business process library. Learn more at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/guidance/business-processes/about.
