I bought a BREATHE Airmonitor Plus (Amazon link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CLYRBRSB ), and after lots of Googling and experimenting, managed to create a device yaml file so that all of its sensors are properly shown within HA via the Tuya Local integration. I'm attaching it in case its of use to anyone else.

This should show up in the drop-down of compatible devices when you add the device to Tuya local. (I added it manually ... which was another learning curve to figure out how to use the Tuya developers site API to query the device to get its device id, product id, and local key.)
