Inaccessible Marketplace = HTTPStatus 403

Preconditions and environment

I can't reach the Magento Marketplace, all documented URL's are down or inaccessible.

Steps to reproduce

Try to open https://commercemarketplace.adobe.com on browser (this URL will be linked on the Magento-Backend), the URL https://marketplace.magento.com/ also redirects to https://marketplace.magento.com/customer/accessKeys/ with an 403 - Forbidden.

Both pages are blank (white).

Thanks for your reporting and collaboration.

We have tried to reproduce the issue in Latest 2.4-develop instance and we are not able to reproduce the issue.Please refer the attached video.
