Applicability without Entity should be possible.
The IDS is valid (xbim and IFCLite and ACCA all agree)
I can't add multiple Entities to the Applicability or Requirement as a list. They become seperate.
In ACCA it looks like this:

While it should be this:
And this:
Otherwise it is checked agains Walls and then again against slabs. This generates a false failure.
I tried to add a restriction in between but it didn't work. Should that have worked?
