Panic in webrtc-sys rtc_error.rs (ParseIntError) on participant disconnect / call end

Panic: webrtc-sys\src\rtc_error.rs:71:64, ParseIntError { kind: InvalidDigit }.
When: participant disconnects or call ends (e.g. after EndCallAction).
Versions: livekit 1.1.2, livekit-agents 1.4.5, Windows.

same here but it already appear when connecting to a room:

It appeared when we pulled the latest livekit docker image and tried to connect with the newest version. 2 Weeks ago it worked.

Tested with server v1.9.12 and there it works
