Downloading `kurtosis-cli_1.17.7_linux_amd64.tar.gz` is blocked by Google Chrome

Description & steps to reproduce

After downloading https://github.com/kurtosis-tech/kurtosis-cli-release-artifacts/releases/download/1.17.7/kurtosis-cli_1.17.7_linux_amd64.tar.gz by Google Chrome, I checked Chrome’s download history and saw the alert below.

This alert shows up only for 1.17.7 and doesn't for older versions (I tested 1.17.6 or 1.16.6).

Does this warning indicate the presence of an actual threat?
Are older versions of Kurtosis safe to use? I'm hesitant to use it without knowing if they are OK.

Desired behavior

No download alert for any versions of the kurtosis cli.

What is the severity of this bug?

Critical; I am blocked and Kurtosis is unusable for me because of this bug.

It should still be fine to use. I think the only reason chrome started blocking it is because there are less frequent downloads happening directly from that url.
