[BUG]: Metatags not injected

Description

Metatags not injected to HTML. Had a quick look through the NPM source code and most likely due to Vites transformIndexHtml().

Steps to Reproduce

npm run build

Expected behavior:

Output meta tags for links to favicons inside index.html

Actual behavior:

Only favicons, etc. are generated. Injection does not take place but all other functionality appears to be fine.
