Hello. First of all, nice tool ^^ Apreciate
Second... If i have a video at FHD, 1920x1080... can't i output a QHD video? 2560x1440? When i choose scale factor to x2 on the GUI it outputs a 3860x2160 video, which i think is 4k

The output size is determined by the trained model. If the model is a 2x model then it can only output in 2x the size of the input. In your case it'll be 1920*2 x 1080*2 which is 3840x2160.

You can scale it down afterwards but it'll still take the same time to run it through the model. If you really want a different output size you'll need to train a different model with a different scaling factor.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. By "train a new model" you mean literally that? Cuz i dont have the computation power requiered.
I have also seen other models which allow custom output dimensions. So i guess i could look on the internet for another model which fits my requierements and place it under models folder?

Yes. At least the generation of tech this project is using has this limitation. Honestly I don't think you can find a model that's 1440 / 1080 ~= 1.33x. If you're upscaling anime then use Anime4K which supports arbitrary output size, else just do 2x then downscale if you really need QHD.
