The software does not recognize any hardware encoders from Intel on CPU or on GPU take way too much time 6+ hours for a 2 min video, realtime encoder from Any Player is way faster (realtime) or even any Video Editor software and better results.

Start processing
Expected behavior
Recognize CPU and GPU encoders and use them
Use multithreading
Actual behavior
Not recognizing any of the above,
It runs only on single thread
Achieving the ridiculous speed of 0.0660 frames per seconds
2 minute video takes over 6 hours
Environment
OS: Windows 10 with extended support (latest updates)
CPU: Intel i7-7700 with HD 630
GPU: intel B570 (tested on friend PC exact clone w/GPU)
Video2X Version: 6.4.0
Notes
The only time the CPU goes to 80%+ is when I press Abort.
