[master] [8.0] product_tags does not provide tags

• expected behavior:
  can add tags to existing and new products in 8.0 (product Form view)
• behavior:
  you can install 'master' branch but it does not provide tags in product form view

I restarted the odoo server, logged out & tried to reload my browser to try to get it running but nothing worked. Sorry, I can't code, so I have no fix to provide

I've merged a PR done by the company Credativ ltd. which will make you able to put tags into the product form.
