Have options view on the right-click within meal-planner

For copy/paste workflow for the recipes I:

1. use shift-click to select a week
2. click on the top right button, and then copy the selected days
3. then click on some day, and it's being paster

This was kinda hard to discover on its own, thus I'm suggesting enabling standard UX workflow where upon right-click you'll have a menu with options (e.g. add to shopping list, copy selected days, etc.)

Yeah, it's not super self-explanatory. A workflow improvement for both mobile and desktop would be optimal
