Transfer to RustCrypto?

Greetings!

I am one of the lead maintainers of the RustCrypto project. Recently we split our implementation of TurboSHAKE into a separate crate (see RustCrypto/hashes#815). Currently we use the turbo-shake crate, but to avoid ecosystem split we think it would be nice to use the turboshake name going forward.

Would you be open to transferring crate to the RustCrypto org?

Could you take a look at our version? It's significantly simpler than your crate, so we could discuss potential changes if you think it misses something.

Would you lay out the transfer plan?

1. You check the turbo-shake code and we deal with any potential changes.
2. If everything is fine, you add either me or @tarcieri to the crate owners.
3. We rename turbo-shake to turboshake in RustCrypto/hashes.
4. We add Trusted Publishing config and release turboshake v0.6 with the new code.
5. We remove you from the owners for safety reasons. Unfortunately, recently we had an unpleasant dispute with one of contributors in which crate ownership was effectively held hostage and later retracted, so full ownership transfer is a requirement for us.

Finally, please note that in LICENSE-MIT and Cargo.toml we use generic "RustCrypto Developers" attribution. For some crates we also list significant contributors or original implementers in LICENSE-MIT, but since our version is not based on your crate, it does not apply here. Hopefully, it's not a deal breaker for you.

No, I don't think it's needed. You can either archive it, or keep as-is.

Hi! Any updates? TurboSHAKE is one of the few remaining unreleased crates in RustCrypto/hashes, so we would like to release it soon.

Note that the review suggested above is optional and we could incorporate potential changes in future releases of the crate.
