Tool Request: URL editor

A UI for editing URLs, especially for modifying query parameters, would be very nice.

A quick Google search found https://url-editor.koharakazuya.net/ but I don't see a way to self-host it (and would rather not run a whole dedicated service for this one feature in any case). Maybe @KoharaKazuya would be interested in contributing / porting their tool into Omni?

Hi! I'd be interested in working on this feature if no one else is currently assigned.

My understanding is that the goal is to provide a native URL editor within Omni Tools, allowing users to easily inspect and modify URL components particularly query parameters without relying on an external service.

For an initial version, I'm thinking of:

• Parsing a URL into its components (protocol, host, path, query parameters, fragment)
• Providing a simple UI to add, edit, and remove query parameters
• Generating the updated URL in real time
• Copy-to-clipboard support
• Keeping the implementation consistent with existing Omni Tools patterns and UI

I'll start with a focused MVP around query parameter editing and can expand functionality later based on feedback.

Please let me know if this aligns with the intended scope before I begin.
