Canvas consume Memory & GPU

I noticed that on my laptop the GPU and the memory is very solicited by the use of the canvas. And so the fans are running at full speed.

There is a way to reduce this consumption, please ?

You can try with my newly-developed module, which solves this issue by implementing chunks and drawing buffer.
