Add option to mark frequently used reports as Favorites

Describe the improvement

Currently, users need to browse through a large number of available reports to locate the required reports.

Since there are many reports available, including reports that are not used frequently or are no longer relevant, finding commonly used reports takes additional time.

It is requested to add a Favorites option where users can mark frequently used reports and access them quickly without searching through the complete report list.

Expected behavior

• Users should have an option to mark/unmark reports as Favorites.
• A separate Favorite Reports section/tab would help this.
• Frequently used reports should be easily accessible from the Favorites list.
• Favorite selections should be maintained for each user.

This improvement will:

• Reduce the time taken to locate commonly used reports.
• Improve user experience for users working with a large number of reports.
• Allow each user to personalize their report access based on their workflow.
