CT: Plate error

Describe the bug

With all mandatory inputs CT: Plate component reports an error - see Screenshot 2

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Screenshot 1 shows the component without a thickness input.
Screenshot 2 shows the component with an integer used as an input

Expected behavior

Plate is created from an input closed curve and a float
