Why should this be included in the repository?

Weasis is a mature, open-source DICOM viewer designed for medical imaging workflows. It supports opening local DICOM studies, DICOMDIR media, PACS integration, DICOMweb, multiplanar reconstruction, image measurements, structured reports, presentation states and 3D medical image visualization. Package would be useful for healthcare professionals, radiology staff, medical researchers, medical students and other Solus users who need to inspect or manage DICOM medical images.
I have already built and tested a working Solus package for version 4.7.1, and I am willing to maintain it.

What kind of user will use this package, and how many users do you think will use this package?

Main users would be healthcare professionals, radiology and medical imaging staff, researchers, medical students, educators and users who need to inspect DICOM datasets. It is a specialized application, but it provides functionality that is important for medical imaging workflows and is difficult to replace with a general-purpose image viewer.

My two cents as someone who works in healthcare, this is somewhat niche. And there is a flatpak for it. But I'm also not opposed to including it in the repo either.
