Error for Deployment to IIS

Anyone deployed project in IIS actually every time I am getting error

Can you check your eventlog for messages?
Otherwise you can also try to start the app manually from the commandline like described here. That should hopefully show what's going on...

I checked event log and by viewing the error message, I am able to solve the issue. It was related to database connection.

Local lIS? If so most likely because your app pool account is attempting to hit the LocalDb and times out.

You'd have to setup the shared instances feature of LocalDb,
