When patching/uploading works and the files are standard PRGs <200 blocks then I'd guess that it's a bus timing thing. You can switch to the next default setting by pressing a reset button for 5-6 seconds (the LED indicates the change). There are 3 other default settings, one should work (try that first, then we'll see). The digi issue is likely the same (timings), but you can also enable the reSID + digi emulation (not sure with digi technique they use in that demo) |

Hello there. Just recently built a Sidkick pico PWM v0.2 for a C64c. It had an original 6581R4 in there but it didn't play great with some modern demos that may be using techniques for the 8580. So I thought I'd give this a try to have the best of both worlds.
I've ran into 2 issues so far:
2 ) Moden digi still seems to sound much like it does on my 6581R4 - I'm using the Censor Design Star Wars demo as my test and the Vader breathing at the start is quite garbled. Is this a timing thing or an emulation issue ?
Many thanks for any advise. Using latest firmware - 0.224, v0.2 H/W with Pico 1 - using SKpico2_PWM.uf2
Cheers
Antony
