Routine Audit 2026-05-24 (Weekly Cycle 2)

Cron 0 12 * * 0 +0800 fire — 第二次 weekly cycle 走 ROUTINE-AUDIT-PIPELINE v1.0。本檔對 2026-05-17 → 2026-05-24 七日全量 routine + manual + external PR 做 cross-routine pattern audit。

本 cycle 與 5/17 首發比較最大差異：週日反思鏈四棒（news-lens / weekly-report / distill / self-evolve）凌晨 01:00-04:00 連續跑完，同一晚 ship REFLEXES #57 + #58 + #59 + #60 共 4 條 canonical——這是 reflection chain 第一次在同 cycle 內完整 surface→nominate→distill→升 canonical 全鏈路啟動。Audit (12:00) 接這條鏈尾，把「鏈本身的盲點」surface 出來（self-evolve 第四棒 memory explicit flag 的 nomination handoff gap）。

亮點：

亮點：

  1. 5/24 07:10 —— 9 spores harvested clean (4×D+7 final + 1×D+4 + 4×D+1 雙平台 D+1 對齊) 雙平台 D+1 對齊是 SPORE-HARVEST 新 cadence 鋪墊。

Cross-cutting patterns 4 條（4 lens 全跑）

3A. Collision lens — 0 destructive collision，1 NEW handoff variant

Detector output：0 collision（vs 5/17 audit 的 9 條）。

Why drop：5/17 distill #56 把「detached worker SOP」升 ROUTINE.md canonical + 5/24 distill #57 把「parallel-actor detection (file-system + git-ref 雙層)」升 REFLEXES → data-refresh-am 5/23 + 5/24 兩次 explicit ABORTED + DEFER PM self-skip pattern 取代「撞才 rescue」。canonical 升級後實戰啟動，本週是首個「設計目標達成」明確證據。

NEW handoff variant (subset of 3A)：反思鏈四棒 nomination handoff coordination gap —— weekly-report 02:00 nominate 3 條 → distill 03:00 ship 3 條 disjoint candidates → self-evolve 04:00 接住其中 1 條 → 2 條仍沉睡。selection criteria conceptual 隔離但實戰 overlap，缺 explicit 跨棒 nomination tag。升 canonical 候選候選：上游 routine emit [ready-for-canonical-upgrade] tag + 下游 routine grep 跟單。vc=1 first surface，等下週 cycle 3 + 後續 4-5 週驗 vc=3 才 distill。

3B. Dormant entropy lens — 3 條 instance（1 closed-loop + 2 active）

Closed-loop（本週 canonical 升級）：

  1. detection ≠ remediation —— SPORE-LOG row #71 連 6 cycle 同 URL mismatch（2026-05-19 observer-resolved fingerprint 5/16 retroactive 不符實際 URL）→ 5/24 distill 升 REFLEXES #58「儀器化 detection ≠ remediation — schema-fix path 要 explicit」。Routine 對個別 row 結構錯誤的 passive immunity（每 cycle 路過、警告、不修）是 dormant entropy 另一種變體。

Active（仍未 heal）：

  2. music_media_audit NEW velocity +2 / heal velocity 0 —— 5/23 cycle 2 first trend 對比首次 surface。NEW 條目跳過 REWRITE-PIPELINE Step 4.3.6 iframe baseline。88 needs_heal >> 5 飛輪退潮 threshold，但 routine cadence weekly 合理（不需加密）；inflow gate 是 routine 外的另一層問題。vc=1 first surface，等 5/30 cycle 3 驗 vc=2 才升 LESSONS plan。

3C. Boundary input precision lens — 2 條 instance（1 closed-loop + 1 NEW meta）

Closed-loop（本週 canonical 升級）：

  1. silent default = silent failure —— vc=3 跨 3 instance (5/21 wiki-fetch 9-agent batch / 5/22 SOCIAL-POSTING X 預設 @cheyuwu345 不是 @taiwandotmd / 5/23 dashboard-spores.json 0 entries 但 SPORE-LOG 25+ 條) → 5/24 self-evolve 升 REFLEXES #60。Automation 無人 in-loop 場景特別致命，需 explicit default verify。

NEW（本 audit 自我發現）：

  1. routine-audit.py UTF-8 silent crash on non-UTF-8 commit content —— 本 audit cycle Stage 1A 跑 routine-audit.py --last-week 遇 byte 0x8f UnicodeDecodeError → 整個 audit data 層 0 output。subprocess.run(text=True) 預設 UTF-8 decode 假設 git log content 全 UTF-8 = 信任 default state = REFLEXES #60「silent default = silent failure」在 audit-tool 對 audit-tool 自己的 instance。1-line patch errors="replace" 已 ship in routine-audit.py 本 session（vc=1 新 entry，meta 層級——被剛升 canonical 的反射打中）。Top 5 ROUTINE-AUDIT-PIPELINE «最常忘的 step» Stage 1A「不憑記憶填數字」第一次因 tool 本身 crash 差點失守，本 cycle 補丁救回。

3D. Heal bidirectional lens — 2 條 instance（1 over-defer / 1 自動化擴張 vs 反向校正同週）

  1. PR maintainer over-defer 反向校正 vc=2 —— 5/23 22:07 maintainer-pm cycle #1088/#1089/#1090 hold for observer review per #851 Comment 8 → 23:14 addendum 4 PR ship (1 self-merge + 3 observer-override) + over-defer vc=2. observer 在第二次 review 後說 ship 即 ship，maintainer 從 over-defer 自校正。對照 5/16 PR #1070 第一輪 leave-open + ground-truth diff 8 篇 ship 校正，連續第 2 次同 over-defer pattern 自校正。Subset of 已浮現過的 META-pattern「Default 是行動，不是 defer」(MANIFESTO 候選 vc=4)，本週新增第 5 次驗證 instance（distill memory 已 defer 給觀察者）。

  2. 自動化擴張 vs 反向校正同週並存 —— 5/22 silent default surface（SOCIAL-POSTING X 預設 @cheyuwu345 差點發 wrong account）↔ 5/23 SOCIAL-POSTING v0.5 移除 human confirm gate（AI pre+post-ship verify 取代）。diary 5/23 22:00 explicit reflect：「被拿掉的那道 confirm gate，後面是 helper 跟自主器官的分界線」。結構性張力：confirm gate removal = 自動化擴張，但同週 silent-default = 自動化 default state 失守。REFLEXES #60 codify 後（external default explicit verify），confirm gate removal 在 v0.5 確實同步加上 AI pre+post verify—— 這是健康的「擴張＋護欄」配對，不是 risk。但 audit 標出此 pattern 觀察未來 v0.6 / v0.7 是否仍維持「自動化升級必伴隨護欄」配對。
