Some nice developments here, i noticed we've adopted similar patterns in our project https://github.com/soilwise-he/harvesters
At soilwise, we've currently adopted the pygeometa library to run metadata conversions from inspire/schema.org/dcat to a common model, mcf.
it would be interesting to understand if that library could be usefull to you, maybe we can add a ARC import/export option
