Confusing contributing variant / gene mode outputs for genes with *only* ./1 reported variants #651

Description

@julesjacobsen

Gene scores should not be displayed in cases where there no contributing variants for any MOI. Investigate cases where allelic state is ./1 as this can produce a gene score for AR and AD as Jannovar might be quite permissive.

e.g. in the case of a single ./1 variant in FOXC1 Exomiser the AD gene score is satisfied with a single hit, but the AR score should not appear, in the HTML and should not appear as a nonContributing variant in the parquet/TSV. i.e. ./1 should not be considered as compatible with AR (homozygous).

In the FOXC1 case there are hits to a mouse phenotype which is considered as a hit for AR but the only variant is the ./1 variant which is non-contributing then the MOI should be reported as 'ANY'
