Remove support for response mode other that `direct_post`, `direct_post.jwt` and `dc_api`

Currently library supports several response modes, that are not allowed by HAIP v1 and ETSI TS 119 472-2
In particular:

• query
• query_jwt
• fragment
• fragment_jwt

Thus, the above response modes can be removed.
