I purchased a subscription via iOS App Store (USA). Payment was successful and confirmed by Apple. However:
• On iPhone: the app shows an error when checking subscription status
• On all other platforms (web, desktop): the app asks me to pay again, as if no subscription exists
I’ve tried: restarting the app, reinstalling, waiting several days.
I contacted support twice at support@ente.io but received only automated replies with no resolution.
This appears to be a known iOS App Store subscription processing issue mentioned in your own troubleshooting docs — but the suggested workaround (purchase via web) is not available to me due to payment restrictions in my country.
