I installed the app on my new work phone today, and gave it some time to download all of my information and process machine learning. After letting that complete, I discovered that while there are recognized faces, none of them have any names attached. This is extremely upsetting, because I have spent untold hours adding names to recognized faces.
I checked on my personal phone, and they are gone from there too. I'm not sure exactly when this happened, but I sure hope that data is still in my account, even if I can't currently get to it. It must have happened within the last few weeks, at the very most.
Weirdly, all of the labels for my people are still present on my tablet. So how do I get them to sync properly to my phones without losing anything this time?
