Option to store notes locally as opposed to as notes attached to cues on the console

An additional way to take a note that does not store into the showfile. Some times it is less ideal to have your notes stored in the file itself and it would be preferred for them to be stored locally on your computer. Being able to export them as some kind of a list would be ideal, but even just having them be locally stored in the software itself would be great.

Perhaps it could be implemented as a different tab or window or similar to keep existing functionality unaffected since it has its uses as well.
