[BUG] Citation and Request Form Closing When You Press a Created Timeline Record Segment

Step on how to do find the bug:

Step 1: Open the Citation form

Step 2: Record a Recorded segments using the record button in the media player

Step 3: Stop the recording then, Record segments panel is shown

Step 4: Click either Citation or Request button

Step 5: The Citation Form Will Close

Expectation:
The Citation form or the Request Form must not close at all but instead it must change the values of the timeline start and end timestamp text boxes
