Why hasn't the 2.112.1 installer been released yet?

I've been waiting for it to be released, but it still hasn't been released.
What exactly happened?
What is the current status?
The latest version listed on the official website is still 2.112.0, and 2.112.1 has yet to be released.
What is the current release schedule?
I hope someone can explain this, I can't find any related information right now.

It's frustrating that 10 days have passed and there's still no word.
Does this mean that version releases have come to a standstill?
