When publish latest version of Rapier to npm?

The last Rapier.js is 7 months old:

While Rapier core library has been updated as soon as today! 🎉

Hey! Before publishing a new version I want to move this repository so it’s part of the main rapier repo. That way it will be much easier to keep them in sync (and nightly releases will immediately benefit from any changes in rapier). Should happen within the next couple of weeks.
