Publish 1.1.0 to modrinth

Currently, the 1.1.0 version is not published to modrinth.
Versions 1.0.1 and 1.2.0 are published, however.

tbh, looking back on it, not even sure why I made that PR if I never changed anything other than removing that 10% chance, didn't even update the version it was built against lol
