Feature Request: Generate subtitles from audio and transcript

I already have an audio file and the exact transcript, but the transcript is plain text without timestamps. Is there a way to generate subtitles (.srt) from the audio and transcript together?

It would also be helpful if the tool could support the following input formats:

Audio input: MP3, WAV
Transcript input: TXT (plain text)

This would make it easier to generate subtitles when the audio and transcript are already available.
