How to compile files

Hi !

I found gps and hr files, but i don't understand how to run this - run ReadGPS: $ java -jar BR3-1.0.0.jar gps\155716514295184362_gps_1560853763_Makibes-BR3-2851.txt

I am also having this issue or similar. I have the gps and hr files in the "gps" folder and when I attempt to run the ReadGPS.java application it appears that nothing happens and no gpx file is created.
