• Migrate to new template (latest nextjs, app router, better performance)
• Fix Favicons: Update 311 request portal with the correct favicon.
• Add Backgrounds: Insert background images into empty sections of the landing page to improve visual appeal.
• Add Login: Implement login buttons on both portals that link to individual portal creation flows.
• Add Banner: Include a site banner identifying the page as a demo for research data portals.
• Update Branding: Remove specific portaljs branding from the page body and add organization type references to the banner.
• Repair Links: Resolve broken navigation links for featured data collections and the publish data button.
• Fix Errors: Address the 404 error occurring on the request data page.

Portal content and data

• Ensure better datasets and resources, that makes sense, so demo actually works
• Fix Formatting: Correct capitalization and formatting for all data labels and field descriptions.
• Add Graphs: Integrate visual graphs into the research data portal landing page.
• Fix AI: Ensure Ask AI functionality is fully operational or correctly mocked with clear user disclaimers.
• Fix report fontmatter
