Reconcile scratch-space feature with kata-container's ephemeral storage feature

This has been merged in kata now: https://github.com/kata-containers/kata-containers/pull/10559

There might be an overlap or not with the scratch-space feature that is currently available in the mkosi images in CAA. We probably need to implement the former and maybe we can reuse similar mechanism from the latter.
