Bug on hise, filters not working properly

In hise 4.0 filters make a pulsating motion when turned on. and then when used with the xypad the "pulsing/pulsating" motion changes in tempo depending on the position while simultanteously filtering as it should but on the latest version of hise it doesnt make the sound have a ppulsating motion it just simply filters it, as u have all pass filters, svf notch, svf hp, lp, biquad lp rez, they all have 0 different effect and all filter planely and boringly. the xy pad also doesnt work with filters on hise. heres a link to the thread to see what i mean

I think the issue can be simplified.

In the develop branch, filters (and possibly other effects) in the master chain are not being affected by TimeVariant modulators, like an LFO - but they were in previous versions of HISE.

If you add the filter at the sound generator level then the modulation does work.
