What You Are Seeing?

The filename for the Uninstall-ChocolateyZipPackage helper uses a capital I in it's filename instead of the correct lowercase.

What is Expected?

The file should use the same casing as the helper itself does.

For the testing of this change, we (Chocolatey Software) will want to perform the following validations:

• Ensure that at least one of our tests uses Uninstall-ChocolateyZipPackage
• Ensure all Test Kitchen runs pass.
• Ensure the documentation generation can be run and the link in the generated documentation is to the correct location.

We are as sure as we can be that the rename of the file is inconsequential, but just to be sure we want to complete the above mentioned validations.

This is the first hurdle - afaics this is not used in any of the tests; none of the search results in the repo are within tests/ or src/chocolatey.tests/ or src/chocolatey.tests.integration/.

AFAICS the only test using Install-ChocolateyZipPackage is in tests/packages/zip.template/templates/tools/chocolateyinstall.ps1 but there is no corresponding chocolateyuninstall.ps1, perhaps because, as documented for Uninstall-ChocolateyZipPackage:

This is not necessary if the files are unzipped to the package directory.

I would happily open a PR that:

• renames the file
• renames the sole wrongly-cased reference in src/chocolatey.resources/chocolatey.resources.csproj

but as a complete newcomer to this repo I'm not sure where to start with a new test - should it be in chocolatey.tests.integration or using pester in tests dir?
