I am an amature in bioinformatics, but I am trying to run OLGenie in the windows cmd line, but it produces an empty txt document everytime

Dear @CCarmen98, thanks for the question! Unfortunately the program is designed explicitly for use at the Unix/Linux/Mac command line, and I cannot offer support for Windows. However, you could install a program like Windows Subsystem for Linux or Cygwin to allow running the Unix command line on Windows. I highly recommend this for bioinformatics work!
