The user "ubuntu" and pathname "/home/ubuntu" are hardcoded in several places in the teuthology tree which makes it impossible to run as a user other than "ubuntu".
It is possible to workaround some of this but it would be more robust if the "ubuntu" username were made to be a global configuration variable or something easier to change.
