Hey 👋 — Niklas here (@niklasschaeffer). I've been using oh-my-pi for about two months now, mostly for day-to-day coding work at NX Solutions UG and as the harness for building omp extensions/plugins.

Over that time I've built two things specifically for omp that I'd like to put on the radar.

omp-comment-checker — https://github.com/nx-solutions-ug/omp-comment-checker
A comment-checker hook for omp (and upstream pi). Forked from @code-yeongyu's pi-comment-checker, retargeted at omp's extension API. Runs the native @code-yeongyu/comment-checker binary before/after write, edit, multiedit, apply_patch, hashline, patch, and replace; on detection it marks the tool result as an error and self-heals the warning across session_compact via pi.appendEntry + pi.sendMessage so the LLM can't lose it. Installs from npm or git.

chronova-pi-plugin — https://github.com/nx-solutions-ug/chronova-pi-plugin
A Chronova heartbeat-tracking extension for omp. Monitors read/edit/write/ast_edit tool results and sends coding-activity heartbeats to a Chronova dashboard via chronova-cli (a drop-in replacement for wakatime-cli), including net AI-written line changes for edit/write ops. Fire-and-forget, rate-limited per project, flushed on shutdown.

I also opened a vouch request (#3742) to land comment-checker as a built-in extension inside pi-coding-agent — the PR (#3741) was auto-closed pre-vouch, branch is ready on my fork. If anyone has feedback on the built-in vs. plugin approach, or is willing to vouch, I'd really appreciate it.
